Los Grandes Maestros del Dibujo

Caricaturas de políticos, ilustraciones y portadas de antiguas revistas de cómics están expuestas en el Centro Cultural del Enjoy del Mar. Es primera vez que la ciudad de Viña del Mar recibe a los grandes maestros del dibujo profesional chileno en una muestra colectiva.
La Escuela de Diseño Gráfico de la Universidad Los Leones organizó la exposición reuniendo trabajos originales de más de 20 dibujantes. Es una excelente compilación de la tinta china de los últimos 50 años y un gran homenaje a los artistas que han aportado con su creatividad y talento.
El público podrá conocer más sobre los caricaturistas Jimmy Scott y Luis Goyenechea Zegarra (Lugoze) o, ensimismarse con el arte de exponentes más multifacéticos como Luis Percáres, Juan Francisco Jara, Jorge Carvallo (Jorcar) y Lincoln Fuentes.
Para aquellos que les gusta reír está el humor gráfico de Hernán Vidal (Hervi), Gustavo Donoso (Gus) y Eduardo De la Barra. Además de los chistes picarescos de Percy Eaglehurst, Fred Harrison y Juan de Dios Sánchez.
La exposición de los Grandes Maestros también brinda un homenaje póstumo a los dibujantes Renato Andrade (Nato) y Óscar Vega. Asimismo acerca el arte a los más pequeños, porque hay artistas que han trabajado en el área infantil como Themo Lobos, Miguel Ortiz y Carlos González.
La muestra estará abierta hasta el 2 de septiembre y la entrada es liberada.

Political caricatures, illustrations and covers of old comic books are displayed at the Cultural Centre of Enjoy del Mar Hotel. It’s the first time that the city of Viña del Mar welcomes the great masters of professional drawing in a group exhibition.
The School of Graphic Design of Los Leones University organized the exhibition bringing together original artworks from more than 20 cartoonists. It’s an excellent compilation of the Chilean drawing of the past 50 years, and a big tribute to the artists who have contributed with their creativity and talent.
The audience will be able to learn more about caricature artists Jimmy Scott and Goyenechea Luis Zegarra (Lugoze), or be lost in thought with the art of more multifaceted cartoonists like Luis Percáres, Juan Francisco Jara, Jorge Carvallo (Jorcar) and Lincoln Fuentes.
